Mobile Application Developer: is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality mobile solutions using Flutter technology, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system architecture standards, and organizational goals. 2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring scalable architecture, clean code practices, and alignment with enterprise application standards.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services while ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Perform continuous maintenance, bug fixing, refactoring, and performance optimization to ensure application stability, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms, access control, and data protection measures in compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability before and after deployment.
- Prepare, manage, and support mobile application releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including versioning, updates, and post-release monitoring.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, development guidelines, system flow diagrams, and provide regular progress reports to supervisors.
- Research and evaluate new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development efficiency and application quality.
- Other tasks assigned by IT Director and Senior Management.
3. Qualification and Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience specifically focused on mobile application development and frontend technologies.
- Proven experience in maintaining production or enterprise-grade mobile applications is highly advantageous.
- Mobile Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with the Flutter framework, including a deep understanding of the mobile app lifecycle (State Management, Navigation, and Platform Channels).
- Expert knowledge in integrating mobile and web applications with backend systems, third-party services, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to code quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in construction site management
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drawing review.
- Excellent knowledge of building methods, construction techniques, and the ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
