Learning and Development Manager

1. Scope of Working:

Learning and Development Manager  will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing various learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate a range of learning initiatives, including workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, and leadership development programs.
  • To develop high-quality learning materials, including training manuals, presentations, videos, and other multimedia resources.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of learning management systems and other learning technologies.
  • Deliver innovative and provide learning solutions, track learner progress, and measure the impact of training initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand learning needs and priorities.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or related major
  • 5 years’ experience in HR management
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and measure learning effectiveness.
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or related field is a plus.
  • Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

L&D Manager is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Human Resource department.

6. Relationship:

L&D Manager works under & report directly to Senior HR Manager.

Software Project Manager

1. Scope of Working:

Software Project Manager: oversees the other technical operations within an organization and identifies the organization’s IT needs, adding updates and enhancements to current computer systems and ensuring employees’ technical issues are resolved efficiently.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers
  • Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
  • Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT software
  • Analyzes IT systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs
  • Facilitates IT security audits or investigations
  • Good experience in Project Management (Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid) and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Strong leadership in team leading and team capacity building
  • Managing an ERP development from end-to-end
  • Implemented the full Project Cycle Management
  • Implemented the full SDLC

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

Marketing Director

1. Scope of Working:

Marketing Director will be responsible in leading and direct marketing, sales, business development.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives. business growth of Peng Huoth Group.
  • Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units.
  • Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units.
  • Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are well executed.
  • Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR and other tactical marketing efforts across channels.
  • Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools.
  • Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements, etc. to meet market demands.
  • Analyzes market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed.
  • Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals cross business units.
  • Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing contents.
  • Manage marketing budget.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field.

Senior Full Stack Developer

1. Scope of Working:

Senior Full Stack Developer : to develop, modify, integrate, implement and maintain the company in-house/supplied computer application software, website, mobile application, database administration and other system using appropriate programming languages and tools to provide responsive and innovative solution and new functionality for business users.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead development team.
  • Analyze tasks prepared by the project manager.
  • Develop MIS such as ERP system (web-based and mobile applications) according to the business requirements.
  • Coordinate and implement both the unit testing and the full testing of the development.
  • Write technical documentation in English.
  • Communicate with project manager and other team members.
  • Other tasks as assigned by system manager.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field in order to qualify for this job.
  • At least five years as Web Software Developer, and at least three years as Full Stack Developers
  • Comfortable working with both frontend and backend.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages in backend (C#, Java, Python), in frontend Web frameworks (NodeJS, React JS, Vue), and in front-end Mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native)
  • Familiar with relational databases (MS SQLServer, Postgres, MySQL) and with nonrelational databases (MongoDB, Couchebase, Neo4j).
  • Experience with both manual and automation testing.
  • Experience in working with Agile and Hybrid project management approaches.
  • Analytic ability to work in a collaborative problem-solving environment.
  • Good at organizing, prioritizing, multitasking and time management.
