Brand Story

Peng Huoth, commonly known for its luxury and eco residential developments, comes from the names of two brothers: Hieng Bunpeng and Thay Cheahuoth. In 1991, they entered the construction industry as a contractor, before naturally making their way into the real estate development business building and selling houses.

However, during the election year of 1993 - 1994, the business experienced financial issues due to low sales during this period. In 2003, the market situation improved and it was in 2005 that the two brothers joined hands to establish Borey Peng Huoth and rose to venture into more premium products such as luxury villas. As the business expanded, more siblings joined the company, establishing Borey Peng Huoth into the Peng Huoth Group. The family’s influence and management’s passion for modernity and consistent drive for excellence has made it into the successful company we see today.
