1. Scope of Working:

Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Ensure all corporate related and financing matters are well documented and reported in accordance with statutory requirements, Limits of Authority and Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting of the Group results.
  • Ensure internal controls are in accordance with the statutory and company’s requirements at all times.
  • Manage other/special/ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned from time to time.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent qualifications from Chartered Accounting Bodies.(ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • More than 6 years of business finance or relevant experience in the Property Development field is a MUST.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, discipline and meticulous.
  • Responsible, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in team.

1. Scope of Working:

Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for executing indoor and outdoor advertising following marketing planning from the superior and checking the quality of marketing material that promotes PH projects.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support tenants by facilitating their marketing activities such as marketing material (J flag, Flyer, Lamppost, Stand…) and Events (Soft or Grand Opening, Seasonal event, or promotion).
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
  • Other tasks assigned by management

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a similar skill
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe/ Photoshop
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of content management systems

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Digital Marketing Supervisor is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Marketing department.
