1. Scope of Working:
Deputy Chief Finance Officer (DCFO) is a pivotal executive leader, responsible for the financial health, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the company’s real estate portfolio. They drive robust financial planning, provide strategic recommendations, ensure impeccable financial operations and compliance, and lead the finance and accounting team.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling for various real estate projects (acquisition, development, disposition).
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team, particularly concerning new investments, divestitures, and capital allocation.
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and communicate potential financial risks to the CFO and executive team in a timely manner.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, optimizing investment of company funds.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and other external factors impacting the real estate financial landscape.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Oversee internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assist the CFO in leading, mentoring, and developing the finance and accounting team.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Financial Planning and Financial Statements skills
- Analytical Skills and Finance experience
- Proficiency with data analytics tools.
- Financial Reporting expertise
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
- Experience in real estate or property development industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior financial management role (e.g., Controller, Director of Finance, or similar) within the real estate industry.

1. Scope of Working:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography art or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Ability to use different types of photographic equipment and photography software.
- Understanding of artificial and natural lighting and how it affects different settings, shapes and skin tones.
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
