2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and lead the overall procurement operations of the assigned team
  • Negotiate best possible procurement and logistics terms with vendors
  • Lead and facilitate ongoing Vendor Approval Process with Technical team to assure all vendors are qualified

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Management or relate field
  • Has current working experience at least 5 years as a manager
  • Expertise in Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiently and effectively
  • Effective communication and presentation skills and fluent in both written & spoken in English & Chinese is an advantage

1. Scope of Working:

Business Intelligence Manager is to facilitate data analysis and foster collaborative insight for various products and related services.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating commercial reports to monitor performance and developing forecasting models using various datasets.
• Sourcing and gathering relevant data to achieve business objectives.
• Analyzing business data, generating reports, and creating data visualizations using business intelligence tools like Power BI .
• Presenting research findings and insights to upper management and leadership.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop actionable insights to drive business strategies and marketing performance.
• Work collaboratively to translate data-driven insights into practical steps for improving business performance.
• Assist in extracting and transforming data from diverse sources, ensuring it is ready for analytical use.
• Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day marketing business operations
• Evangelize performance and user insights internally, being proactive in helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Measures success/ROI related to BI development
• Gather, define, and drive business requirement processes and maintains documentation.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science or related field.
• 5 or more years of leadership experience, with most of that experience aligned with Data Strategy and Data Management, and equivalent work experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Functionally competent with Microsoft Office products and SQL
• Ability to build dashboards and generate reports
• Strong grasp of industry trends
• Collaboration, Leadership and Analytical skills
• Management and supervisory experience

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

  • Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site;
  • Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan;
  • Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered;
  • Determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes;
  • Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials;
  • Other tasks assigned by superior  

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree;
  • At least 1 years of working experience;
  • Proficiency in using Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and relevant program;
  • Thorough and accurate with attention to detail;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

អំពីការងារ៖

ជំនួយការបុគ្គលិកកាមេរ៉ាសុវត្ថិភាព មានតួនាទីក្នុងការអនុវត្តតាមផែនការការងារដើម្បីប្រតិបត្តិនូវគោលនយោបាយ និងនីតិវិធីការងារឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព និងរីកចំរើនក្នុងផ្នែកប្រតិបត្តិ
កាមេរ៉ាសុវត្ថិភាព នៃនាយកដ្ឋានធនធានមនុស្ស ។ ជាពិសេសគឺជួយសម្រួលដល់ដំណើរការការងារក្រុមហ៊ុនទទួលបានគុណភាព និងស្តង់ដានៃការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធកាមេរ៉ាសុវត្ថិភាព ។

ពិពណ៌នាការងារ៖

– អភិវឌ្ឍ និងអនុវត្តផែនការ នីតិវិធីរបស់ផ្នែកប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
– ត្រួតពិនិត្យសកម្មភាពទាំងអស់នៅក្នុង CCTV និងរាយការណ៍ឬចាត់វិធានការភ្លាមៗ។
– ធ្វើការសង្កេត និងផ្តោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ជាប្រចាំអំពីសកម្មភាពសង្ស័យផ្សេងៗដែលអាចកើតមាន រួចកំណត់ចំណាំយ៉ាងលម្អិត។
– សហការ និងធ្វើការរាយការណ៍អំពីសកម្មភាពអវិជ្ជមាន ឬចោរកម្មទៅកាន់ថ្នាក់គ្រប់គ្រង និងផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធដើម្បីធ្វើការដោះស្រាយជាបន្ទាន់។
– ជួយក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់ និងបង្ក្រាបបទល្មើស។
– ត្រួតពិនិត្យការដំឡើង CCTV និងធានាថាកាមេរ៉ាទាំងអស់កំពុងថត និងដំណើរការ 24/24 ។
– ធានាបានថាគ្រប់ឧបករណ៍នៃប្រតិបត្តិការការងារ ត្រូវបានយល់ច្បាស់ និងមានការថែទាំជាប្រចាំ។
– ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពការរក្សាទុកទិន្នន័យវីដេអូកាមេរ៉ាសុវត្ថិភាព។
– ជូនដំណឹងដល់ថ្នាក់គ្រប់គ្រង និងមន្រ្តីទទួលបន្ទុកទាំងអស់ ចំពោះកាមេរ៉ាមិនដំណើរការ។
– បម្រុងទុកកំណត់ត្រាអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មទាំងអស់ និងរក្សាឯកសារផ្ទុកទាំងអស់សម្រាប់តម្រូវការបន្ថែម។
– សម្របសម្រួលការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណ ចាប់ខ្លួន និងកាត់ទោសជនល្មើសពាក់ព័ន្ធបទល្មើស និងសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់សាធារណៈ។
– ហៅរបាយការណ៍បញ្ជីវត្តមានសន្តិសុខប្រចាំថ្ងៃតាមវិទ្យុទាក់ទងដើម្បីប្រាកដថាទីកន្លែងការងារ អគារពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការដ្ឋាន…មានសុវត្ថិភាព។

1. Scope of working:

1. Scope of Working:

Senior Full Stack Developer : to develop, modify, integrate, implement and maintain the company in-house/supplied computer application software, website, mobile application, database administration and other system using appropriate programming languages and tools to provide responsive and innovative solution and new functionality for business users.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead development team.
  • Analyze tasks prepared by the project manager.
  • Develop MIS such as ERP system (web-based and mobile applications) according to the business requirements.
  • Coordinate and implement both the unit testing and the full testing of the development.
  • Write technical documentation in English.
  • Communicate with project manager and other team members.
  • Other tasks as assigned by system manager.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field in order to be qualified for this job.
  • At least five years as Web Software Developer, and at least three years as Full Stack Developers
  • Comfortable working with both frontend and backend.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages in backend (C#, Java, Python), in frontend Web frameworks (NodeJS, React JS, Vue), and in front-end Mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native)
  • Familiar with relational databases (MS SQLServer, Postgres, MySQL) and with nonrelational databases (MongoDB, Couchebase, Neo4j).
  • Experience with both manual and automation testing.
  • Experience in working with Agile and Hybrid project management approaches.
  • Analytic ability to work in a collaborative problem-solving environment.
  • Good at organizing, prioritizing, multitasking and time management.
  • Curious about new technologies and excited to find ways to implement them in your work.
  • Experience with leading other developers.
  • Able to work independently and handle projects under pressure.
  • Is highly proficient in spoken and written English.

1. Scope of working:

Site Finishing Engineer makes sure the construction is complete with quality and safety, as well as for any modification that follows.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
  • Interact with project manager for clarification on architectural, conduct regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit
  • Identify and highlight possible risk on project
  • Accurately inventory construction material
  • Finish work
  • Coordinate verification of extra claims raised by direct manager
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.             

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree
  • at least 3 years of work experience in similar position
  • Be able to manage workers at the assigned site
  • Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost
  • Good oral and written in English and Khmer communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills
  • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure.

1. Scope of Working:

Call Center Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for response call operation in the Head Office and assigned location based on the business needs.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond customer’s calls and messages (in social media channels)
  • Ensure that the responds of messages are provided on time
  • Operate the day-to-day sales operations by phone call
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customer
  • Introduce and answer to customer for any queries
  • Provide consultation to the customers
  • Other tasks assigned by management

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Hold Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other relevant fields;
  • At Least 1 year experience in sales, customer service or call center;
  • Strong commitment to work with different types of customer;
  • Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift basis;
  • Good computer literacy in Ms Office;
  • Good oral and written in Khmer and English;
  • Good Chinese speaking (Professional level is a plus)
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills;
  • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
  • Applicant who can speaks Chinese is preferred.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday (Rotated day off): 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Call Center Officer is based in Head Office, the department of Sales.

6. Relationship:

Call Center Officer reports directly to Sales Deputy Manager/ Senior Manager.

1. Scope of Working:

Sales Officer is responsible for indoor sales operation in the Sales Gallery and assigned location based on the business needs and stay updated with industry trends.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers.
  • Perform Sales operation by day-to-day.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customer.
  • Present and demonstrate about company products to customer.
  • Greeting and providing excellent customer service.
  • Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer and offer product recommendations and solutions.
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Hold bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.
  • At Least 1-year experience in Real Estate Sector
  • Be able to deal with different types of customers.
  • Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office
  • Good oral and written in Khmer and English
  • Applicant who can speak Chinese is preferred.
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
