1. Scope of Working:

ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកតម្លើងកញ្ចក់ ទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការ ដឹកនាំ និងគ្រប់គ្រង ក្រុមការងារតម្លើងប្រចាំថ្ងៃនៅទីតាំងគម្រោង។ តួនាទីនេះទាមទារឱ្យមានការធានាថា រាល់ការងារតម្លើងកញ្ចក់ និងអាលុយមីញ៉ូមទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយ សុវត្ថិភាព គុណភាពខ្ពស់ និងបញ្ចប់ទៅតាម កាលបរិច្ឆេទកំណត់។
2. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវការងារ៖
- ដឹកនាំ និងបែងចែកការងារឲ្យក្រុមតម្លើងកញ្ចក់ប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។
- ត្រួតពិនិត្យការតម្លើងកញ្ចក់ (Glass Panel, Tempered Glass, Laminated Glass, Mirror…) ឲ្យត្រឹមត្រូវតាមប្លង់ និងបច្ចេកទេស។
- ពិនិត្យសុវត្ថិភាពក្នុងតំបន់ការងារ និងអនុវត្តតាម នីតិវិធីស្តង់ដារសុវត្ថិភាព។
- សម្របសម្រួលការងារជាមួយក្រុមរចនាប្លង់ និងគម្រោង ដើម្បីធានាគុណភាព និងពេលវេលា។
- ពិនិត្យសម្ភារៈ ឧបករណ៍ និងឧបត្ថម្ភដែលត្រូវប្រើក្នុងការតម្លើង។
- ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាក្នុងទីតាំងតម្លើង និងពិនិត្យបញ្ចប់ការងារមុនប្រគល់។
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍តម្លើងប្រចាំថ្ងៃ/សប្ដាហ៍ និងបញ្ជូនឲ្យអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង។

- បទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច ៣–៥ ឆ្នាំ ក្នុងការតម្លើងកញ្ចក់ ឬការតម្លើងសំណង់ពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- ចេះមើលប្លង់ (Drawing) និងការវាស់វែងបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការប្រើ Tools ដូចជា: Glass Suction, Silicone, Drill, Measure Tools…
- មានជំនាញដឹកនាំ ការសហការល្អ និងការគោរពវិន័យការងារ។
- អាចធ្វើការក្រៅម៉ោង ឬជាក្រុមនៅតាមគម្រោងផ្សេងៗបាន។

ប្រធានផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងរោងចក្របេតុង មានភារកិច្ចដឹកនាំ គ្រប់គ្រង និងត្រួតពិនិត្យរាល់ប្រតិបត្តិការទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ។ តួនាទីនេះផ្តោតលើការសម្រេចឱ្យបាននូវគោលដៅផលិតកម្ម ធានាគុណភាពបច្ចេកទេស គ្រប់គ្រងថ្លៃដើមឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារក្រោមឱវាទឱ្យអនុវត្តតាមបទដ្ឋានសុវត្ថិភាព និងគោលការណ៍ស្តង់ដារក្រុមហ៊ុន (SOP)។
2. ការទទួលខុសត្រូវការងារ៖

- រៀបចំផែនការផលិត និងផ្គត់ផ្គង់បេតុងប្រចាំថ្ងៃ / ប្រចាំខែ ស្របតាមតម្រូវការគម្រោង
- ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងធានាគុណភាពបេតុងឱ្យស្របតាម Mix Design និងស្តង់ដារបច្ចេកទេស
- គ្រប់គ្រងក្រុមការងារ (Production Supervisor, Batching Operator, QC, Maintenance)

1. Scope of Working:
Procurement Officer is responsible for the availability control of the supplies and equipment with the best choice of vendors, efficiency in cost, and compliance to purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of goods, ordered and received;
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales;
