1. Scope of working:
Senior Internal Auditor: is responsible for planning and operating financial audits by identifying frauds or errors and ineffective internal controls while recommending improvements.
2. Duties & responsibilities:
- Plan and perform all audits tasks in the company;
- Prepare audit scope and audit programs;
- Develop Internal Audit Policy and Procedures;
- Assess compliance with regulations and controls by executing audit program processes;
- Review financial statements, records, reports, operations and documentations;
- Assess risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance;
- Identify process weaknesses and inefficiencies and operational issues;
- Discuss the audit reports, critical audit matters identified and meet with related department head for specific issues addressed;
- Supervise daily operations and development of audit staffs;
- Maintain company’s confidential information;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
3. Qualification & requirement:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or other relevant fields;
- At least 3 years of working experiences in public accounting or internal audit;
- Good Computer literacy especially MS Office, Accounting System;
- Good oral and written both Khmer and English;
- Good research, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Be detail-oriented, friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working and able to work under pressure.
4. Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

- Senior Internal Auditor: is based in Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Audit Department.
6. Relationship
- Senior Internal Auditor: works under supervision & reports directly to Deputy Internal Audit Director.

Sales Officer is responsible for indoor sales operation in the Sales Gallery and assigned location based on the business needs and stay updated with industry trends.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers.
- Perform Sales operation by day-to-day.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customer.
- Present and demonstrate about company products to customer.
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service.
- Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer and offer product recommendations and solutions.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Hold bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.
- At Least 1-year experience in Real Estate Sector
- Be able to deal with different types of customers.
- Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office
- Good oral and written in Khmer and English
- Applicant who can speak Chinese is preferred.
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
- Age: 18 to 45

- Monday to Sunday (Rotated Day off): 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Sales Officer is based in Head Office, Department of Sales.

Sales Officer works under supervision & report directly to Sales Supervisor.
