Marketing Director

1. Scope of Working:

Marketing Director will be responsible in leading and direct marketing, sales, business development.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives. business growth of Peng Huoth Group.
  • Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units.
  • Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units.
  • Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are well executed.
  • Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR and other tactical marketing efforts across channels.
  • Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools.
  • Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements, etc. to meet market demands.
  • Analyzes market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed.
  • Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals cross business units.
  • Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing contents.
  • Manage marketing budget.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of CRM and digital marketing
  • Good knowledge of marketing intelligence analysis
  • 8 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing management and business development.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Possesses excellent project management abilities.
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills and strategic planning abilities.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Possesses excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

IT Officer

1. Scope of working:

IT Officer is responsible monitor or maintain on computer software and hardware, System Application, and IT assets.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Set up computer Operating System;
  • Install Software and hardware;
  • Provide overall IT support to all users in internal & external and other System Application;
  • Manage, Monitor, maintain, develop, upgrade, and support all IT systems, including servers, operating systems, hardware, software, printers and scanners;
  • Manage company’s workstation, IT assets and inventory updating;
  • Involve with new Service and Company’s system;
  • Alert to the relevant team for any issue occurred;
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.                                              

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other relevant field;
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience;
  • Good knowledge on technology and service management;
  • IT support specific skill (network, technical support);
  • Be honest , flexible, Hard working and good in communication;
  • Willing to work as a team and be able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to travel to Site of the company.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace

  • IT Officer: is based in Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, IT department.

6. Relationship

  • IT Officer: work under supervisor and reports directly to in Deputy IT Manager.

Content Creative Supervisor

1. Scope of Working:

Content Creative Supervisor is responsible in developing the storyline, writing script and coordinate of video shooting.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts, storyboards, and write script content for various types of videos (Promotion, Short film, Testimonial…)
  • Take notes during filming to help identify any problems that may occur during post-production
  • Advise on a variety of production details, such as costumes, props, sets and makeup.
  • Create trending content for FB page and video
  • Prepare the call sheet
  • Maintain contact with actors and actresses to ensure that they understand their lines and are ready for each scene

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management, marketing, or related major;
  • 3 years’ experience (content writer or script writer);
  • Be creative in writing or concept;
  • Experience with video coordinating, photography, video production and more;
  • Proficiency in using Photoshop, and Illustrator;
  • Be able travel to site and work for flexible schedule;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Content Creative Supervisor is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Marketing department.

6. Relationship:

Content Creative Supervisor works under & report directly to Senior Marketing Manager.
