1. Scope of working:
Sales Officer is responsible for indoor sales operation in the Sales Gallery and assigned location based on the business needs and stay updated with industry trends.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers.
- Perform Sales operation by day-to-day.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customer.
- Present and demonstrate about company products to customer.
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

- Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office
- Good oral and written in Khmer and English

Performance Management Supervisor is responsible for strategically leading and managing the organization’s entire performance lifecycle, from goal setting and appraisal coordination to data-driven improvement initiatives. This role is key in designing, executing, and measuring employee engagement programs, acting as the primary consultant to management to ensure compliance and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
Be part of Performance Management Cycle (PMS): Manage and execute the organization’s entire performance cycle, including collaborating with managers to set strategic goals (SMART/OKRs), overseeing KPI implementation, and coordinating the full Year-End Appraisal process.
• Assist to analyze performance data and trends across the organization to identify critical execution gaps. Based on these insights, assist to design and propose strategic improvement plans, including targeted training and development initiatives.
• Measure and Enhance Organizational Culture: Oversee the regular assessment of employee engagement levels (e.g., through surveys). Utilize results to develop and deploy actionable strategies, manage recognition/reward programs, and champion a positive, high-value work environment.
• Act as the primary internal consultant and subject matter expert (SME) on performance management policies, procedures, and best practices. Prepare and deliver guidance and training sessions to both employees and management team
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or related major
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR field (at least rich knowledge in Human Resource)

- Produce 3D models from CAD drawings
- Work on Architectural 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visual or walk-through projects
