- នាយកចាត់ការទូទៅ ទទួលខុសត្រូវលើ ការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រតិបត្តិការ និងផលិតកម្មទាំងស្រុង របស់រោងចក្រគ្រឿងសង្ហារឹម និងកញ្ចក់-អាលុយមីញ៉ូម។ តួនាទីនេះគឺដើម្បី បង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពផលិតកម្ម (Efficiency) ធានាគុណភាពផលិតផល (QC) គ្រប់គ្រងស្តុកវត្ថុធាតុដើម និងផលិតផលសម្រេច ព្រមទាំងដឹកនាំបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ក្នុងរោងចក្រ (ផ្នែកផលិតកម្ម ផ្នែករចនាបច្ចេកទេស និងផ្នែកឃ្លាំង) ដើម្បីសម្រេចបានគោលដៅផលិតកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។
ការទាមទារ
- គ្រប់គ្រងប្រតិបត្តិការរោងចក្រទាំងមូល៖ ផលិតកម្ម, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse និងកម្លាំងការងារ។
- តាមដានផែនការផលិត និងធានាថាការផលិតផលត្រឹមត្រូវតាមគុណភាព ទំហំ និងពេលវេលា។
- បង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពការផលិត ដោយកាត់បន្ថយ Downtime និងបង្កើនការប្រើប្រាស់ម៉ាស៊ីន/កម្មករឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
- ត្រួតពិនិត្យគុណភាពគ្រឿងសង្ហារឹំមនៅគ្រប់ដំណាក់កាល និងអនុវត្តស្តង់ដារ Safety/QC។
- គ្រប់គ្រងថវិការោងចក្រ ការចំណាយ និងការប្រើប្រាស់សម្ភារៈឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
- សហការជាមួយផ្នែករចនា គម្រោង ដើម្បីធានាការថា ការផលិតបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ និងតាមតម្រូវការ។
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ផលិតកម្ម និងជំរុញការកែលម្អដំណើរការ (Lean/5S)។

• បទពិសោធន៍ ≥ 8–10 ឆ្នាំ ក្នុងរោងចក្រ ជាពិសេសផ្នែកគ្រឿងសង្ហារឹំម ឬ Wood Production។
• មានជំនាញដឹកនាំ និងសមត្ថភាពដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា។
• យល់ដឹងច្បាស់ពីប្រព័ន្ធ CNC, woodworking, finishing និង QC standards។
• អាចធ្វើការក្រោមសម្ពាធ និងគ្រប់គ្រងក្រុមការងារដែលមានចំនួនច្រើនបាន។

1. Scope of Working:
Marketing Director will be responsible in leading and direct marketing, sales, business development.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives. business growth of Peng Huoth Group.
- Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units.
- Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units.
- Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are well executed.
- Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR and other tactical marketing efforts across channels.
- Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools.
- Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants’ requirements, etc. to meet market demands.
- Analyzes market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed.

3. Qualification & Requirement:
- MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field.

- 8 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing management and business development.

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote the Go-Kart brand, increase customer engagement, and drive foot traffic to the venue. The role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong knowledge of online marketing trends to strengthen brand visibility and deliver exciting digital experiences to customers.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media
- Develop engaging content (photos, videos, captions) that aligns with brand identity and appeals to target audiences.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, events, and influencer collaborations to boost awareness and engagement.
- Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Regularly post creative and interactive content, including Go-Kart racing highlights, customer experiences, and promotions.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and maintain positive community interaction.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for future improvement.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Support event organization, photography, and onsite promotion activities.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (experience in entertainment, leisure, or hospitality industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, paid ads, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with good visual and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Passionate about motorsport, entertainment, or lifestyle activities is a plus.
