1. Scope of Working:

IT Director will be responsible in overseeing IT operations, network security, IT strategy, and overall IT management to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to the established goals.
Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technological needs.
Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.

IT Management and IT Operations skills
Experience in Information Technology Software Programming and Network Security
Proficiency in IT Strategy development
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus

IT Security Supervisor

1. Scope of working:

IT Security Supervisor is to provide a continuous, coordinated, and comprehensive IT security service, ensuring that threats to business operations through the medium of information technology are properly identified, evaluated, and countered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

Strategic Security Architecture & Engineering: Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide security architectures, frameworks, and robust controls for complex systems, networks, and cloud environments. Ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and industry best practices, maintaining secure configurations.
Advanced Risk & Vulnerability Management: Conduct in-depth risk, threat modeling, and comprehensive vulnerability assessments to proactively identify, prioritize, and remediate security weaknesses across systems and applications.
Security Operations, Incident Response & Continuous Improvement: Lead security incident response (detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery), conducting post-incident analysis for continuous improvement. Oversee hands-on deployment and ongoing management of critical security technologies (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR), driving automation, custom tool development, and evaluation/selection of cutting-edge security solutions. Implement continuous monitoring for real-time threat detection, proactively evaluating control effectiveness, and researching/implementing new technologies to refine security processes.

3. Qualification & requirement:

At least hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, and Information Systems Security.
Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive IT Security experience.
Certified CompTIA Security+ or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) is preferred
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage robust security controls
Proven experience leading security incident response.
Experience with security policy enforcement, governance.
Experience in developing and delivering security awareness programs and training.
Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive security-related documentation.

1. Scope of working:

Network Administrator covers the areas of network infrastructure: LAN/WAN Management, Camera Security, Fiber Optic Connectivity, Data Centers, and IT Projects.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Lifecycle Management: Manage the design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of all network devices (routers, switches, WAPs) and integrated systems (CCTV, sound systems) across offices, warehouses, and mock-up houses, ensuring optimal network health.
Project & Deployment Leadership: Lead network project planning (including scope, timelines, Bill of Quantities, and proposals) and manage pre-deployment asset tagging for all IT and network equipment.
Network Reliability & Documentation: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including ISP coordination for connectivity (e.g., fiber optics). Maintain all network configurations, diagrams, and monitoring system records.

3. Qualification & requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science
At least 1 year of hands-on experience
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and VPNs
Deep understanding of network topologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN), protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols), and the OSI model.
Deep understanding of configuring, installing, and maintaining routers, switches, wireless access points, CCTV, and network operating systems.
Impressive ability in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and hardware/software failures, using various diagnostic tools.
Ability to use network monitoring tools to track performance metrics, identify issues, and implement solutions for optimal network health.
Certified CompTIA Network+ and CCNA are preferred.
