1. Scope of Working:
Senior Leasing Officer is to help identify, assess, and maintain good qualified tenants.
2. Job description:
- Research, Survey and Study ( Current retail trend & market situation, Current & future shopping mall trend, Tenant’s/ Brand information, Competitors (concept, rental term &condition, tenant’s mix…)
- Seek for new tenants( to meet the project’s concept and prepare for reserve list tenants)
- Develop, create and maintain a good relationships with tenants
- Perform background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified
- Handle the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees
- Keep residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
3. Job Requirement and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree of Sale/ Marketing/ BA/ Management or Others Related.
- At least 3 years with experience in leasing (Commercial-type is highly preferred)
- Computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good organizational, flexible, and hands-on attitude
- Good communication, leadership, honest and willing to work as a team.
- Remain calm under pressure schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task is a must.
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

1. Scope of Working:
Sales Officer is responsible for indoor sales operation in the Sales Gallery and assigned location based on the business needs and stay updated with industry trends.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers.
- Perform Sales operation by day-to-day.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customer.
- Present and demonstrate about company products to customer.
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service.
- Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer and offer product recommendations and solutions.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Hold bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.
- At Least 1-year experience in Real Estate Sector
- Be able to deal with different types of customers.
- Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office
- Good oral and written in Khmer and English
- Applicant who can speak Chinese is preferred.
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
- Age: 18 to 45
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (Rotated Day off): 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
