Software Project Manager

1. Scope of Working:

Software Project Manager: oversees the other technical operations within an organization and identifies the organization’s IT needs, adding updates and enhancements to current computer systems and ensuring employees’ technical issues are resolved efficiently.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers
  • Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
  • Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT software
  • Analyzes IT systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs
  • Facilitates IT security audits or investigations
  • Good experience in Project Management (Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid) and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Strong leadership in team leading and team capacity building
  • Managing an ERP development from end-to-end
  • Implemented the full Project Cycle Management
  • Implemented the full SDLC

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Worked on diverse ERP business modules
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Interacted with multiples stakeholders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT Developments
  • Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent management skills and analyzed business requirements

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

5. Workplace:

Software Project Manager : is based in Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, IT Department.

6. Relationship:

Software Project Manager: works under supervision & reports directly to GCEO.
