Learning and Development Manager

1. Scope of Working:

Learning and Development Manager  will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing various learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate a range of learning initiatives, including workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, and leadership development programs.
  • To develop high-quality learning materials, including training manuals, presentations, videos, and other multimedia resources.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of learning management systems and other learning technologies.
  • Deliver innovative and provide learning solutions, track learner progress, and measure the impact of training initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand learning needs and priorities.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or related major
  • 5 years’ experience in HR management
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and measure learning effectiveness.
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or related field is a plus.
  • Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

L&D Manager is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Human Resource department.

6. Relationship:

L&D Manager works under & report directly to Senior HR Manager.
