Accounting Officer (Furniture Factory)

1. Scope of working:

Accounting Officer (Furniture Factory):  is responsible for preparing day-to-day accounting transactions.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle Account Payable or Cost Accounting
  • Ensure all accounting transaction records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure,
  • Ensure all accounting/financial reporting deadline are met,
  • Ensure all invoice are correct and consistent,
  • Ensure accurate and timely/monthly/yearly end close,
  • Maintain all accounting documents, and perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.

3. Qualification and Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, and Finance
  • Has background with cost accounting or AP kind.
  • At least with 1 year experience
  • Knowledgeable on accounting system, Account Payable
  • Skillful in using Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word)
  • Detailed-oriented and high regard to accuracy
  • Good at time management
  • Good communication and helpful cooperation
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving
  • Embrace flexibility

4. Working Days and Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:
is Based at Furniture Factory Office, loating inside Borey Peng Huoth Beoung Snor.

6. Work Relationship:
works under and reports directly to Deputy Finance Manager.
