1. Scope of Working:
Treasury Supervisor: To oversee the daily operations of the treasury department, ensuring all cash management activities are conducted accurately, securely, and in compliance with company policies. The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring liquidity, reviewing officer reports, and optimizing the company’s banking relationships.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team Oversight & Review: Supervise the daily activities of Treasury Officers, including reviewing their system postings, bank deposit preparations, and overseas transfer documentation for 100% accuracy.
- Liquidity & Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts and project sites. Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts to ensure the company has sufficient funds for operational needs.
- Internal Control & Audit: Conduct unannounced cash counts and formalize the reconciliation process between physical cash, bank statements, and the accounting system to prevent any leakage or errors.
- Disbursement Approval: Review and authorize petty cash replenishments, worker payroll distributions, and advance payment requests before final submission to management.
- Banking Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for bank representatives to resolve issues related to transfers, exchange rates, or account documentation.
- Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate daily and weekly treasury reports into a monthly summary for management, highlighting trends in spending, advance payment aging, and interest income.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA part-qualified) is a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of local and international banking regulations (including AML and transfer compliance).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Leadership: Ability to mentor and train junior staff and manage workload distribution.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to spot discrepancies or trends in financial data quickly.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving banking delays or cash shortages at sites.
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Treasury Supervisor: is based at the Peng Huoth Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.
6. Relationship:
Treasury Supervisor: works under supervision & reports directly to Senior Treasury Supervisor.
