Senior Full Stack Developer

1. Scope of Working:

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of software systems, focusing on robust architecture, secure coding, and seamless user experiences.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Application Design, Architecture & Innovation: Participate in system design, application architecture, and technical solution planning aligned with business requirements. Contribute to solution architecture: microservices, modular monoliths, and event-driven patterns.
  • Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications using ASP.NET Core / MVC, Web API, C#, and .NET technologies.
  • Front-End Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., Vue.js / React – if applicable).
  • Database Design & Development: Design, develop, and optimize databases using MS SQL Server and/or MySQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
  • Integration & API Development: Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems and internal services.
  • Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure application stability and quality.
  • System Maintenance & Support: Maintain existing systems, perform enhancements, bug fixes, and provide technical support when required.
  • Security & Best Practices: Ensure applications follow secure coding standards, data protection, and IT security policies.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Prepare technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Related fields
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development with hands-on experience in Full Stack .NET development. Experience developing enterprise or business applications; familiarity with Agile / SDLC processes is an advantage.
  • Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core/MVC, and Entity Framework, combined with front-end mastery in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Advanced knowledge of RESTful API & Web Services, MS SQL Server/MySQL database management, Git/Source Control, Basic DevOps/Deployment concepts, and Secure Coding Practices.
  • Embraces continuous learning and stays updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail for visual precision.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
