1. Scope of Working:
The Senior Event & Content Officer is responsible for designing, planning, and executing end-to-end event strategies while driving the creation of high-impact editorial and promotional content portfolios to elevate the company’s profile. Serving as a vital bridge between experiential marketing and strategic brand storytelling, this role ensures that every event tells a compelling story, aligns seamlessly with broader business objectives, and engages key stakeholders while driving maximum audience engagement.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, project launches, and sales activities follow event calendars.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and operational plans aligned with business objectives and sales campaigns.
- Propose innovative event ideas to increase customer engagement and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, media partners, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.
Content Management:
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars across social media platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas including videos, reels, customer stories, project highlights, and lifestyle content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Campaign Support:
- Support integrated marketing campaigns to achieve brand awareness and lead generation targets.
- Ensure consistency between online and offline marketing activities.
- Work closely with sales team to maximize campaign effectiveness.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Event Management
- Content Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Brand Activation
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is an advantage.
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
5. Workplace:
The Senior Event & Content Officer: is based at the Head Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.
6. Relationship:
The Senior Event & Content Officer: works and reports directly to Marketing Manager.
