Operations Supervisor (Leasing)

1. Scope of working:

Operations Supervisor: will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operational activities in Leasing Department.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all daily operational activities across leasing projects, including strategic task allocation and workflow management, to ensure the smooth, efficient, and timely completion of all operational tasks.
  • Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to continuously optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce tenant compliance with specified operational standards, ensuring strict adherence to lease agreements and relevant rules and regulations.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with all operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, promptly addressing and resolving requests, complaints, and technical inquiries.
  • Maintain effective control over operational inventory, material supplies, tools, and other departmental resources to prevent waste and ensure availability.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues, developing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the consistent maintenance of property standards and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance, tenant issues, and departmental updates for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting and implement cost control measures related to operational expenses and resource utilization.
  • Develop, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
  • Supervise and manage operations teams, including MEP technicians and janitorial staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Property Management, Facility Management) to ensure seamless alignment and robust support for leasing operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of being in operation role, facility management or property management.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication and preparing reports.
  • Excellent communications skills, working effectively with tenants & contractors
  • Computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Work independently and as a team to complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Remain calm under pressure, schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task is a must.

4. Working Days and Hours

  •  Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

  • Operations Supervisor is based in Head Office of Peng Huoth Group, Leasing Department.

6. Relationship

  • Operations Supervisor: works under supervision & reports directly to Leasing Manager.
