Inventory Officer (បុគ្គលិកសន្និធិ)

  1. Scope of working:
    Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing the accuracy of stock levels and managing the daily flow of goods within the warehouse. This role involves analyzing inventory data, ensuring staff follow storage protocols, and providing accurate reports to management to support procurement and operational decisions.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control & Audit: Manage the full process of receiving and dispatching goods, ensuring 100% accuracy between physical stock and digital records.
  • Discrepancy Management: Investigate and resolve issues regarding damaged, missing, or wasted stock, and implement solutions to reduce future losses.
  • Stock Optimization: Analyze stock movement to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and suggest improvements for better warehouse space utilization.
  • Report Preparation: Generate detailed weekly and monthly inventory reports, including stock levels, valuations, and consumption trends for management.
  • Storage Oversight: Lead the organization of the warehouse, ensuring all staff maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and efficient item placement.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stock auditing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers for data entry, generating reports, and managing digital inventory records.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to work with numbers and identify patterns or errors in large sets of data.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate-level Good English skills is good.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and the ability to supervise junior staff or assistants effectively.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm

5. Working place:

  • Specific Workplace can be at our Factory or at Construction Site, depending on our business needs. Working days and hours will change accordingly.

6. Relationship:

  • Inventory officer works under supervision and reports directly to inventory Supervisor.
