Digital Marketing Supervisor

1. Scope of Working:

Digital Marketing Supervisor drives all digital initiatives to support commercial properties, shopping malls, convention hall services, leisure projects, and commercial leasing operations. This role focuses on boosting property visibility, generating leasing leads, increasing mall and event traffic, and strengthening the digital presence of all PH Investment assets.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies for commercial leasing, mall campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Manage paid advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and manage digital content for social media, website, and online promotions.
  • Support leasing teams with digital leads and maintain effective lead funnels.
  • Promote seasonal events, mall activities, and community programs through digital platforms.
  • Oversee website updates, landing pages, and SEO to improve online reach.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular digital reports.
  • Coordinate with leasing, mall operations, event teams, and corporate marketing.
  • Supervise junior digital staff and manage external media or content vendors.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing; experience in commercial/mall/property marketing is a plus.
  • Strong skills in digital ads, content creation, social media management, and analytics.
  • Good communication, creativity, and project management abilities.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Digital Marketing Supervisor: is based in Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Marketing department.

6. Relationship:

Digital Marketing Supervisor works under supervision and reports directly to the Deputy Marketing Manager.
