C&B Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Compensation and Benefits Officer: is responsible for the operational execution of payroll, benefits administration, and HR data integrity, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with labor regulations.

2. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing & Attendance Tracking Consolidate and verify monthly time-attendance records, overtime, and leave applications. Perform accurate data entry into the payroll system to ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Social Security & Insurance Administration Manage the registration, monthly reporting, and contribution payments for NSSF and private medical/accident insurance. Act as the primary point of contact for employee insurance claims.
  • Employee Data & HRIS Management Maintain up-to-date digital and physical employee files. Ensure all changes in status, salary, or position are accurately reflected in the HRIS to maintain data integrity for reporting.
  • Labor Law & Statutory Compliance Prepare and submit necessary documentation to the Ministry of Labor, including workbooks, staff declarations, and quotas. Ensure all C&B practices align with the latest local labor regulations.
  • Reporting & Administrative Support Prepare monthly HR metrics reports (headcount, turnover, and leave trends). Provide administrative support for the annual performance review cycle and the preparation of employment contracts.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Payroll or C&B administration.
  • Technical Knowledge: Competency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables) and a working knowledge of local Tax and Labor laws.
  • Accuracy: Consistent attention to detail in data entry and calculations to minimize payroll errors.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
  • Organization: Demonstrated ability to meet fixed monthly deadlines and manage administrative tasks efficiently.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

C&B Officer: is based at the Head Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.

6. Relationship:

C&B Officer: works and reports directly to C&B Supervisor.
