1. Scope of working:
Cashier is responsible for cash and credit card transactions associated with daily and monthly parking customers, including collecting payment and providing correct change to customers. The Parking Cashier matches customers’ tickets to the parking rate schedule and accurately accounts for all daily transactions. Provides excellent customer service and assists customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
2. Duties & responsibilities:
- Received cash and credit card transactions associated with daily and monthly parking customers.
- Collecting payment and providing correct change to customers.
- Check and review matches customer’s ticket to the parking rate schedule and accurately account for all daily transactions.
- Provides excellent customer service and assists customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Monthly and daily reports to the finance team.
3. Qualification & requirement:
- Open for Experience with at least 1 year
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy;
- Be friendly, hard-working, flexible, honest, and willing to work as a team
- Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility;
- Computer literacy in MS. Office (Especially Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP or POS systems is a plus
4. Working Days and Hours
- From Monday to Sunday, 8 hours with rotating shifts and one Day Off per week.
