Architectural Design Supervisor

1. Scope of Working:

The Architectural Design Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily design workflow and ensuring that all architectural drawings are accurate, high-quality, and delivered on schedule. This role focuses on supervising the implementation of the design vision, maintaining rigorous work standards, and facilitating the transfer of technical skills within the team to ensure operational excellence.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the assignment of design tasks across different discipline to ensure a smooth, integrated, and efficient design process.
  • Process Monitoring: Oversee daily design activities to ensure that all project deliverables are completed and submitted according to the established timeline.
  • Technical Quality Review: Evaluate and verify the technical accuracy of architectural drawings and documents, ensuring 100% compliance with company standards before final production.
  • Operational Problem Solving: Maintain high work standards regarding productivity and quality while identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks that arise during the design phase.
  • Design Document Review: Review architectural design documents and project content developed by staff to ensure they meet the specific functional and aesthetic requirements of each project.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Mentorship: Support the department’s succession plan by actively mentoring team members and ensuring that technical knowledge and professional experiences are effectively passed on to direct reports.
  • Vision Execution: Guide the team in executing the company’s interactive design vision by applying group goals and providing clear technical direction on a project-by-project basis.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in project coordination and staff supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; strong ability to analyze, review, and correct complex technical drawings.
  • Leadership Qualities: Ability to coach team members, resolve technical conflicts, and maintain high productivity standards within the team.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Khmer with Good English skills (essential for technical research, documentation, and vendor communication).
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, and effective at communicating design requirements to both the office team and site personnel.Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch Time: 12:00pm to 1:00pmWorking place

5. Working place:

Architectural Design Supervisor is based in Head Office,Inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum (Beoung Snor).

6. Relationship:

Architectural Design Supervisor works under supervision & reports directly to Project Manager.
