Senior Learning and Development Officer : is a key contributor to the design, implementation, and management of a wide range of learning and development initiatives, including the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). - Daily calls for security presence reports via radio (ID Icom) to ensure that workplaces, commercial buildings, sites… are safe.
- Provide additional monitoring on Security work to strengthen the implementation of the plan and ensure effective department procedures practice.
- Monitor and update security camera video data storage.
- Control fire alarm systems and elevator telephones.
- Collaborate and report negative activities or theft to management and related departments to resolve the issue immediately.
- Communicate and resolve security camera challenges.
- Prepare monthly reports.
3. Qualification and Requirement:

- At least 2 years of experience in security camera monitoring or other relevant experience (security…)
- Age: 18 – 35
- Used to involve with managing security camera systems and monitor suspicious activities.
- Used to involve with using the fire alarm system and telephone in the elevator

1. Scope of working:
Network Administrator covers the areas of network infrastructure: LAN/WAN Management, Camera Security, Fiber Optic Connectivity, Data Centers, and IT Projects.
2. Duties & responsibilities:
- Network Infrastructure Lifecycle Management: Manage the design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of all network devices (routers, switches, WAPs) and integrated systems (CCTV, sound systems) across offices, warehouses, and mock-up houses, ensuring optimal network health.
- Project & Deployment Leadership: Lead network project planning (including scope, timelines, Bill of Quantities, and proposals) and manage pre-deployment asset tagging for all IT and network equipment.
- Network Reliability & Documentation: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including ISP coordination for connectivity (e.g., fiber optics). Maintain all network configurations, diagrams, and monitoring system records.
- Other tasks assigned by the Deputy IT Manager.
3. Qualification & requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and VPNs
- Deep understanding of network topologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN), protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols), and the OSI model.
- Deep understanding of configuring, installing, and maintaining routers, switches, wireless access points, CCTV, and network operating systems.
- Impressive ability in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and hardware/software failures, using various diagnostic tools.
- Ability to use network monitoring tools to track performance metrics, identify issues, and implement solutions for optimal network health.
- Certified CompTIA Network+ and CCNA are preferred.
4. Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
