- Reporting & Administrative Support Prepare monthly HR metrics reports (headcount, turnover, and leave trends). Provide administrative support for the annual performance review cycle and the preparation of employment contracts.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Payroll or C&B administration.
- Technical Knowledge: Competency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables) and a working knowledge of local Tax and Labor laws.
- Accuracy: Consistent attention to detail in data entry and calculations to minimize payroll errors.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.

1. Scope of working:
Operations Supervisor: will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operational activities in Leasing Department.
2. Duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all daily operational activities across leasing projects, including strategic task allocation and workflow management, to ensure the smooth, efficient, and timely completion of all operational tasks.
- Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to continuously optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- Supervise and manage operations teams, including MEP technicians and janitorial staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Property Management, Facility Management) to ensure seamless alignment and robust support for leasing operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
3. Qualification & requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- At least 3 years’ experience of being in operation role, facility management or property management.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication and preparing reports.
- Excellent communications skills, working effectively with tenants & contractors
- Computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Work independently and as a team to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Remain calm under pressure, schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task is a must.
