1. Scope of Working:
The Administration Supervisor serves as the operational backbone of the furniture factory’s office, ensuring that the administrative processes behind production and delivery run with precision.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and manage inventories of office, safety, and production supplies.
- Coordinate plant-wide communications, notices, and shift-change announcements.
- Maintain accurate shift schedules, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Assist HR with plant-level onboarding for new hires, including organizing safety gear (PPE) and access badges.
- Assist in documenting workplace incident reports and tracking workers’ compensation paperwork.
- Collaborate with the foreman to document workplace incidents, submit workers’ compensation claims, and track return-to-work programs.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Be able to communicate patiently with workers
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm
5. Workplace:
Admin Supervisor: is based at the Furniture Factory, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.
6. Relationship:
Admin Supervisor: works under supervision & reports directly to Senior Factory Manager.
