Mobile Application Developer

1. Scope of working:

Mobile Application Developer: is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality mobile solutions using Flutter technology, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system architecture standards, and organizational goals. The role involves hands-on mobile application development, system integration, application maintenance, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of mobile platforms..

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring scalable architecture, clean code practices, and alignment with enterprise application standards.
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services while ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Perform continuous maintenance, bug fixing, refactoring, and performance optimization to ensure application stability, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Implement secure authentication mechanisms, access control, and data protection measures in compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability before and after deployment.
  • Prepare, manage, and support mobile application releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including versioning, updates, and post-release monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, development guidelines, system flow diagrams, and provide regular progress reports to supervisors.
  • Research and evaluate new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development efficiency and application quality.
  • Other tasks assigned by IT Director and Senior Management.

3. Qualification and Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience specifically focused on mobile application development and frontend technologies.
  • Proven experience in maintaining production or enterprise-grade mobile applications is highly advantageous.
  • Mobile Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with the Flutter framework, including a deep understanding of the mobile app lifecycle (State Management, Navigation, and Platform Channels).
  • Expert knowledge in integrating mobile and web applications with backend systems, third-party services, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to code quality.
  • Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, and Product).
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and the adaptability to pivot between different technologies and project requirements.
  • User-Centricity: A keen interest in delivering high-quality user experiences and performant interfaces.
  • Software Engineering: Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines for mobile, and app store deployment processes (App Store Connect / Google Play Console).

4. Working Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00PM & 1:00pm to 5:30pm

  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Working place:

Mobile Application Developer is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, the department of IT.

6. Relationship:

Mobile Application Developer works and reports directly to senior application development officer.
