On the morning of January 30, 2026, in Chbar Ampov district, Borey Peng Huoth held a groundbreaking ceremony for two new simultaneous projects: Phum Nimith and Phum Prek Amrith.

Phum Nimith and Phum Prek Amrith are the third projects to feature Khmer names by Borey Peng Huoth. They are located in two distinct, high-growth areas: the 60-meter Road zone and the Chbar Ampov zone.
