Operations Supervisor (Go Kart)

1. Scope of working:

Operations Supervisor: will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of our go-kart facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage track operations, maintain the go-kart fleet, supervise a diverse team, and uphold the highest standards of safety and customer service.
  • Direct and monitor all track activities, ensuring adherence to racing rules, safety protocols, and efficient flow of operations.
  • Oversee the readiness and performance of the go-kart fleet, coordinating with maintenance staff for preventative maintenance, repairs, and daily checks to ensure all karts are in optimal and safe working condition
  • Oversee daily task allocation, scheduling, and break management to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure all guests receive thorough safety briefings and understand track rules before participating.
  • Actively supervise guest flow from registration to track entry and exit, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
  • Respond immediately and effectively to any incidents or emergencies on the track or within the facility, adhering to established emergency procedures and reporting protocols.

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational role within a recreational facility, entertainment venue, or similar dynamic environment.
  • Experience with go-kart operations, vehicle maintenance, or a strong mechanical aptitude is prioritized.
  • Good in problem-solving and communication
  • Can work for flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond calmly in emergency situations.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Sunday (Day-off is applied) 8h per day and in one shift.
  • 2 Work shift Rotation.

5. Workplace

Operations Supervisor is based at Site/Branch of Peng Huoth Group, Operations Department.

6. Relationship

Operations Supervisor: works under supervision & reports directly to Senior Maintenance and Technical Manager.
