1. Scope of Working:

Senior Learning and Development Officer : is a key contributor to the design, implementation, and management of a wide range of learning and development initiatives, including the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of training programs, from coordinating with internal stakeholders to sourcing external partners and evaluating program effectiveness.

  • Manage and facilitate Corporate Annual Training and Talent Development Programs to ensure smooth implementation according to the plan set.

  • Report learning data to line managers and contribute to quarterly performance reviews and planning.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant L&D experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms and e-learning content.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and competency-based development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, LMS software, and data reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.

C&B Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Compensation and Benefits Officer: is responsible for the operational execution of payroll, benefits administration, and HR data integrity, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with labor regulations.

2. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing & Attendance Tracking Consolidate and verify monthly time-attendance records, overtime, and leave applications. Perform accurate data entry into the payroll system to ensure timely salary disbursement.

វិស្វករដេគ័រ (Site Finishing Engineer)

1. Scope of working:

Site Finishing Engineer makes sure the construction is complete with quality and safety, as well as for any modification that follows.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
  • Interact with project manager for clarification on architectural, conduct regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit
  • Identify and highlight possible risk on project
  • Accurately inventory construction material
  • Finish work
  • Coordinate verification of extra claims raised by direct manager
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.             

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree
  • at least 3 years of work experience in similar position
  • Be able to manage workers at the assigned site
  • Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost
  • Good oral and written in English and Khmer communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills
  • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm

5. Workplace

  • Site Finishing Engineer: is based on project of Borey Peng Huoth, Construction Department.

6. Relationship

  • Site Finishing Engineer: works under supervisor and reports directly to Site Manager.

1. Scope of working:

Sales Officer is responsible for indoor sales operation in the Sales Gallery and assigned location based on the business needs and stay updated with industry trends.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers.
  • Perform Sales operation by day-to-day.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customer.
  • Present and demonstrate about company products to customer.
  • Greeting and providing excellent customer service.
  • Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer and offer product recommendations and solutions.
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Hold bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.
  • At Least 1-year experience in Real Estate Sector
  • Be able to deal with different types of customers.
  • Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office
  • Good oral and written in Khmer and English
  • Applicant who can speak Chinese is preferred.
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Sunday (Rotated Day off) : 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
