Sales Officer (Chinese Speaking)

1. Scope of working:

Sales Officer is responsible for indoor sales operation in the Sales Gallery and assigned location based on the business needs and stay updated with industry trends.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers.
  • Perform Sales operation by day-to-day.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customer.
  • Present and demonstrate about company products to customer.
  • Greeting and providing excellent customer service.
  • Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer and offering product recommendations and solutions.
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Hold bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.
  • At Least 1-year experience in Real Estate Sector
  • Be able to deal with different types of customers.
  • Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift.
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office
  • Good oral and written in Khmer and English
  • Applicant who can speak Chinese is preferred.
  • Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Sunday (Rotated Day off) : 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

  • Sales Officer works under supervision & report directly to Sales Supervisor.

Construction Project Scheduler

1. Scope of working:

Construction Project Scheduler is responsible for determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects and estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Prepare construction schedule and procurement schedules.
  • Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project.
  • Analyzing construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources.
  • Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
  • Prepare Monthly Cost Report for all projects.

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • At least 2-year experience in planning engineering or site
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Microsoft Project and Autocad
  • Understanding of site work progress.
  • Time management skills

Cashier

1. Scope of working:
Cashier is responsible in receiving payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions as well as providing information to customers with accuracy.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Receive Calls from customers and Banks by providing information
  • Release the payment to supplier and process in System
  • Follow up and SMS to customers related to late payment, penalty, and money transferred
  • Issue debt list for customer
  • Monitor Hard Title Deed process and update status in system and Excel
  • Provide and receive trilateral document
  • Work closely with banks related to the process of trilateral document
  • Monitor payment release after Hart Title Deed withdrawal
  • Close monthly report on Bank, Receipt summary, trilateral report…
  • Other tasks assign by superior.                           

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Master/Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, or related field;
  • At least 1 year of working experience ;
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office or other accounting system;
  • Good oral and written of English and Khmer language; Chinese speaking is priorities.
  • Good at planning skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy;
  • Be friendly, hard-working, flexible, honestly and willing to work as a team.

IT Programmer

1. Scope of working:

IT Programmer is responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining computer programs to ensure that the computer application meets the business needs.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software applications and systems based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Write, modify, and debug code using programming languages such as ASP.Net, C++, Python, or others as required.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of developed software to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

Video Editor

1. Scope of working:

Video Editor Officer is responsible for editing, and producing photos and videos for internal and external purposes.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • A video editor uses digital software to organize video and sound files into a final product
  • Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format
  • Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects
  • Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s creation
  • Improve video and sound quality using various video software
  • Trimming footage and putting together the rough project
  • Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
  • Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
  • Edit short film, short series, promotion video, and all marketing videos
  • Ability to work to a tight schedule
  • Other task assigns by line manager and management.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in film editing or related degree is required
  • Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
  • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
  • Creative experience in filmmaking and videography
  • Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions, animation
  • Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation
  • Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects
  • Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier, DaVinci
  • Regularly collaborate with marketing team
