1. Scope of Working:

Branding Officer is responsible in assist to develop brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plan, product design to maintain consistency in branding.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and recommend action points
  • Ensure brand visibilities are regularly monitored and take corrective actions
  • Monitor brand visuals and ensure consistency
  • Execute brand campaigns and promotional events
  • Support planning and budgeting

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1 year experience (marketing, design or advertising)
  • Must be fluent in brand, marketing and design principles and best practices
  • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, photography, and more.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Digital Marketing Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible in developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies and other technique to drive traffic on company page. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating schedule of activity across Facebook, Twitter and YouTube and other social platforms to expand our social media audience base.
  •  Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around all social media channel
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used compared with other
  • Able to check and select the best Digital Material to fit with content such as Picture or Video
  • Well understanding on Content Marketing
  • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
  • Able to set up the monthly and yearly plan of Digital Marketing
  • Monitor key online marketing strategies to track success
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a similar skill
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe/ Photoshop
  • Must be able to deal multiple projects at the same time
  • Incredible attention to detail

Internal Auditor Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Internal Audit Officer:  is responsible for operating financial audits by identifying frauds or errors and ineffective internal controls while keeping all the company’s information confidential.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs financial audit in accordance with the internal audit programs and procedures
  • Update audit programs and audit check lists
  • Review financial statements, records, reports, operations, and documentations
  • Assess risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance
  • Identify process weaknesses and inefficiencies and operational issues
  • Document the findings/issues, draft the recommendations, and discuss with Internal Financial Audit Supervisor
  • Maintain company’s confidential information

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant fields
  • At least 1 year working experience in public accounting or internal audit
  • Good Computer literacy especially MS Office, Accounting System
  • Good oral and written both Khmer and English
  • Good research, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Be detail-oriented, friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and able to work under pressure.

Architectural Lighting Designer

01-Scope of Working

  • Be responsible for studying and designing lighting and electrical systems.
  • Works in collaboration with various professionals, including interior designers, electrical engineers, and other architects to achieve lighting design objectives.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Produce Architectural lighting concepts for Exterior or Interior Design
  • Work on Architectural 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, camera animations, rendering visuals or walk-through projects are completed as scheduled.
  • Coordinate with architects, Interior designers and Electrical engineers
  • Prepare presentation documents and otherwise assist in presentations both internally and externally

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Knowledge of Architectural 3D modeling
  • Knowledge of design and presentation software applications such as 2D-3D AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch up, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office or other special effects software
  • Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving
  • Friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure
  • Oral and written English and Khmer communication skills
  • Ability to understand and handle Architectural CAD drawings
  • Ability of modeling projects and convert data from CAD into 3D models
  • Understanding of photometric concepts and units (Lumen Method, Uniformity, Illuminance, Exitance, Luminance, Lumens, Candela).
  • Understanding of vision, visual performance, glare, and comfort as it relates to lighting.
  • Lamp technologies (fluorescent, halogen, LED, metal halide, high pressure sodium).

Customer Service Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing information to customers about the service and receiving payment for monthly borey management fees, as well as resolving any issues that arise with customer in all projects.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to customer on policies, conditions and management fees.
  • Receive money from customers for monthly management fee.
  • Solve any problems that customers have with relevant parties.
  • Contact customers about the monthly and annual payment fees.
  • Participate with relevant parties in organizing work, order and sanitation according to each project.
  • Make daily and monthly income report to management.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and others related.
  • More than 1 years’ experience in customer receptionist or related professional area.
  • Good communication, preparation and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork patience and openness
  • Good command of English or other languages

Marketing Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting all various marketing campaigns / activities from management such as conducting advertising and promotion strategy, business special events, and others correlated to brand implementation in an effort to reach out the business goals.   

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support management in overseeing the department’s operations.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for shopping malls on a variety of media touchpoints.                                                                              
  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.                                      
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.               
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities. 
  • Prepare content for the execution of marketing collaterals and oversees implementations.
  • Handling of all digital marketing duties incl. content management & implementations for all social media platforms.                                                                             
  • To work closely with inter-departments to obtain collective information & understandings
  • Prepare post-campaigns results and reporting.

  • Core in branding knowledge and Minimal Design & Art skill is an added value.
