Digital Marketing Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible initiative on Digital Development, Mobile App Development, Website Development, Business Partners Corporation.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies to drive mobile downloading.
  • Manage All Mobile Application Data.
  • Planning and executing mobile marketing advertising.
  • Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities.
  • Responding to and troubleshooting all application and website issues.
  • Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information in Application and Website.
  • Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites and applications.
  • Maintaining relationships with business Partners and identifying new corporate opportunities with them.
  • Calling on existing clients to maintain Corporation.
  • Meeting with potential Business Partners to determine their needs and corporation.
  • Following up with existing business partners to ensure they are satisfied with our corporation and working with them to identify new opportunities for growth.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing management, business management and advertising.
  • Experience in marketing and advertising field at least 3 years.
  • Computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • Digital savvy with Application and Website knowledge and capabilities.
  • Capable of strategic analysis.
  • Good organizational, flexible, and hands-on attitude.
  • Good communication, leadership, honest and willing to work as a team.
  • Remain calm under pressure schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task is a must.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday Morning: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Digital Marketing Officer: is based in Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Marketing department.

6. Relationship:

Digital Marketing Officer: works under supervise & report directly to Marketing Supervisor.

Brand Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Brand Officer is responsible in assist to develop brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plan, product design to maintain consistency in branding.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and recommend action points
  • Ensure brand visibilities are regularly monitored and take corrective actions
  • Monitor brand visuals and ensure consistency
  • Execute brand campaigns and promotional events
  • Support planning and budgeting

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1 year experience (marketing, design or advertising)
  • Must be fluent in brand, marketing and design principles and best practices
  • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, photography, and more.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Brand Officer is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, Brand department.

Brand Officer works under supervise & report directly to Brand Supervisor.

Sales Banquet Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Sales Officer is responsible for sales and monitoring all sales activities to ensure that customers are satisfied with the organization and service of the PH Grand Hall, which exceeds expectations both before and after events.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy to increase revenue of PHGH Hall.
  • Establish long-term relationships with customers based on the provision of services and prices that meet the customer target.
  • Collaborate with management team to design and determine revenue sources, target customers and market research for the sale of the company’s products.
  • To ensure maximum sales revenue, customer promotion and market competition.
  • Ensure that all sales staff understand the sales strategy and implement it effectively.
  • Analyze and promote the participation of PH Grand Hall in various sales channels, marketing and electronic booking.
  • Update and monitor daily sales transactions to find deficiencies and immediate solutions in accordance with the company’s sales procedures.
  • Collaborate and maintain good relations with the authorities and the private sector in order to provide special conditions for the process of organizing various programs that may occur during the months of lesser events.
  • Supervise leases, functional reports of programs and other sales reports.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel/5 Star Hall and Restaurant Management.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in the sales or marketing or related professional area.
  • Specializes in flexible and honest Banquet package sales.
  • Good communication, preparation and negotiation skills
  • Leadership, teamwork and openness
  • Good command of English or other languages
  • Computer literate

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday with one Day off per week: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Sales Banquet Supervisor is based at PH Grand Hall Office, Sales Department.

6. Relationship:

Sales Banquet Supervisor works under supervision and reports directly to Senior Operations Manager.

1. Scope of Working:

Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting all various marketing campaigns / activities from management such as conducting advertising and promotion strategy, business special events, and others correlated to brand implementation in an effort to reach out the business goals.   

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support management in overseeing the department’s operations.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for shopping malls on a variety of media touchpoints.                                                                              
  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.                                      
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.               
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities. 
  • Prepare content for the execution of marketing collaterals and oversees implementations.
  • Handling of all digital marketing duties incl. content management & implementations for all social media platforms.                                                                             
  • To work closely with inter-departments to obtain collective information & understandings
  • Prepare post-campaigns results and reporting.
  • Conduct market research / market visits to identify opportunities for promotion and growth collaborate with manager in support of preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
