The Bank’s branch with full-fledged facilities will serve as another touchpoint for Cambodians to easily access banking services as part of its Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance’s (ESG) commitment.
The Bank will be rewarding the first 168 customers to bank with HLB with $88 cash in conjunction with the launch of Peng Huoth Boeung Snor Branch and the Bank’s 8th anniversary in Cambodia.
Hong Leong Bank Cambodia (“HLB” or the “Bank”) today unveiled its 7th full-fledged bank branch at Borey Peng Huoth Boeung Snor, expanding the branch’s existing sales services to a bank branch with full-fledged banking services as part of HLB’s efforts to serve the increasing banking needs of Cambodians and drive financial inclusion in the country. With the branch located in one of the busiest locations in town, it is open 7-days a week, from 8.00am to 4.00pm to provide customers with easy access to banking services.

To celebrate the grand opening of the bank branch’s full-fledged facilities and to facilitate the digital transformation of businesses in the Borey Peng Huoth Beoung Snor community by encouraging digital payment adoption, HLB will be rolling out three campaigns aiming to reward both individual customers and merchants, namely the Customer-Get-Customer Programme, where both referrer and referee will be awarded $88. In addition to this, the first 168 lucky business owners in the Peng Huoth community will also receive $88 cash by just conducting transactions with the Bank and finally, there is the FD Step Up Rate Programme which provides for an additional 0.25% to rollover FD which opens during the campaign period.
