1. Scope of Working:

Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing information to customers about the service and receiving payment for monthly borey management fees, as well as resolving any issues that arise with customer in all projects.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to customer on policies, conditions and management fees.
  • Receive money from customers for monthly management fee.
  • Solve any problems that customers have with relevant parties.
  • Contact customers about the monthly and annual payment fees.
  • Participate with relevant parties in organizing work, order and sanitation according to each project.
  • Make daily and monthly income report to management.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and others related.
  • More than 1 years’ experience in customer receptionist or related professional area.
  • Good communication, preparation and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork patience and openness
  • Good command of English or other languages
  • Computer literate Ms word and Excel

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time:     12:00pm to 1:00pm

Operations Banquet Supervisor

1. Scope of Working:

Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of the events to ensure that all service standards, policies and procedures are in line with management’s requirements to maintain and develop a good service level. Most that exceed customer expectations.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service standards in accordance with established food and beverage service operations procedures.
  • Ensures that all customer needs and wants are perfectly met.
  • Coordinate and resolve any issues that arise quickly and efficiently for all customers and teams.
  • Supervise and assign responsibilities according to the functions of the program requirements to the team and ensure that the organization is carried out according to the plan and deadline.
  • Develop and train team to understand the processes and procedures of operations and services that exceed the expectations of customers with accuracy and clear information.
  • Guide and train teams on setting up tables, chairs and location for each program, with control of the functions of various arrangements both inside and outside the service.
  • Responsible for arranging attractive and convenient venue to present or serve food to customers.
  • Check and make sure that the amount of drinks, tables, food and other services are recorded and signed by customer then give to the cashier for calculate the invoice to customer.
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment for the events are in full limited in accordance with the requirements of the customer.
  • Arrange and facilitate the transportation of beverages, food and other supplies for use in organizing external events are sufficient and timely.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Hospitality Management, Business administration, or Others Related.
  • At least 5 years’ experience on operation at Hotel or Wedding Hall.
  • Computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Conflict Management, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication, leadership, honest and willing to work as a team.
  • Competent in writing and communicating in English

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday with one Day off per week: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

Assistant to Deputy CEO

1. Scope of Working:

Assistant to Deputy CEO is responsible for undertake a variety of administrative tasks to reduce the work for the executives. These include the coordination and implementation of office procedures. Most work involves both written and oral communication. In addition to this, the secretary may have to review on certain reports for the executives as well as perform related duties as supervised.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review on certain reports​ and agreements as determined by the executives to ensure accuracy as well as compliance with company policy and LoA.
  • Make travel arrangement for the executives including booking flight tickets, hotels and transportation.
  • Communicate and correspond to all means of communication with the external partners on behalf of the executives.
  • Liaise with staff in other departments to prepare reports for the executives and assist them in communicating with the external contacts.
  • Write the announcement letter and other official letters for the executives.
  • Translate the documents English to Khmer and interpret for the executives if required.
  • File and handle confidential documents of the executives.
  • Manage budgets, carry out invoicing and record the expense.
  • Organize​ the meetings, take minutes and disseminate to related departments.
  • Record the meeting schedule and all invitations of the executives in the calendar and inform the executives before the events.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Relations and Others related field.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in secretary or assistant to CEO.
  • Good Organizational and personality.
  • Good communication, preparation and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English or other languages

1. Scope of Working:

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy to increase revenue of PHGH Hall.
  • Lead sales team to organize sales activities and establish long-term relationships with customers based on the provision of services and prices that meet the customer target.
  • Collaborate with management team to design and determine revenue sources, target customers and market research for the sale of the company’s products.
  • Manage and develops sales staff to ensure maximum sales revenue, customer promotion and market competition.
  • Ensure that all sales staff understand the sales strategy and implement it effectively.
  • Analyze and promote the participation of PH Grand Hall in various sales channels, marketing and electronic booking.
  • Update and monitor daily sales transactions to find deficiencies and immediate solutions in accordance with the company’s sales procedures.
  • Collaborate and maintain good relations with the authorities and the private sector in order to provide special conditions for the process of organizing various programs that may occur during the months of lesser events.
  • Supervise leases, functional reports of programs and other sales reports.

1. Scope of Working:

Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting all various marketing campaigns / activities from management such as conducting advertising and promotion strategy, business special events, and others correlated to brand implementation in an effort to reach out the business goals.   

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support management in overseeing the department’s operations.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for shopping malls on a variety of media touchpoints.                                                                              
  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.                                      
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.               
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities.
