MEP Design Supervisor

1. Scope of working:

The MEP Design Supervisor is responsible for translating technical specifications and design requirements into high-quality site execution. This role bridges the gap between design consultants and site technicians, ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works are technically sound, accurately drafted, and implemented according to the project timeline.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  1. Leading the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting detailed technical analysis to ensure system feasibility and cost-accuracy.
  1. Developing technical specifications and drawings for the in-house CAD team, while providing final checking and approval for all drafting outputs to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  2. Acting as the primary point of contact for Architects, Structural Engineers, and external design consultants to synchronize MEP plans with the overall building design.
  3. Implementing systems to review work progress against time and quantity targets, including conducting random site inspections to benchmark technician performance.
  4. Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, including the precise recording of labor hours, material usage, and time-tracking for every task assigned to the team.

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or other equivalent degree.
  • At least useful 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Be able to use computer application Auto cad (2D & 3D) and MS Project.
  • Have Strong installation and maintenance skills and ability to control the quality and cost.
  • Good oral and written in Khmer and English.
  • Have good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 11:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch Time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace

  • MEP Design Supervisor: is based at Peng Huoth Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.

6. Relationship

MEP Design Supervisor: works under supervision & reports directly to CEO.
