Senior C# Developer

1. Scope of Working:

Senior C# Developer will lead the technical design, development, and delivery of high-performance software solutions. You will be responsible for architecting scalable applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that our existing systems are not only maintained but continuously modernized to meet evolving business needs.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • System Architecture & Modernization: Lead the architectural design and continuous improvement of existing systems to ensure long-term stability and technological relevance.
  • Advanced Feature Engineering: Drive the development and implementation of complex new features by translating high-level business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
  • Code Excellence & Mentorship: Write and review high-quality, clean, and scalable code using C# and .NET Core, while establishing best practices for the development team.
  • API & Web Service Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of highly secure and performant RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core and MVC frameworks.
  • Data Architecture & Optimization: Lead database design and advanced query optimization within MS SQL Server, utilizing Entity Framework for sophisticated data management.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve high-priority software issues, debugging and upgrading mission-critical applications to ensure maximum system reliability.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in C# and .NET development, with a proven track record of leading software projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and RESTful API architecture.
  • Database Skills: Advanced expertise in MS SQL Server, including performance tuning, complex indexing, and stored procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Senior C# Developer: is based at Head Office of Borey Peng Huoth, the department of IT.

6. Relationship:

Senior C# Developer: works and reports directly to IT Supervisor.
