Assistant to Operations Officer (Go Kart)

1. Scope of Working:

Assistant to Operations Officer is responsible for the hands-on maintenance and repair of all Go-Karts, ensuring operational safety and readiness. You provide crucial physical support and administrative tracking, communicating clearly with customers only when needed for guidance.

2. Job description:

  • Vehicle Repair and Readiness: Execute all necessary maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on the small racing vehicles (Go-Karts) and related equipment. Your main goal is to keep all vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for customer use.
  • Customer Instruction and Safety when needed: Serve as a key frontline staff member to clearly explain safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures to all customers before they drive. Be ready to support customers for any sudden issues.
  • Facility Support and Setup: Provide flexible support by assisting with track setup, organizing equipment storage, and performing physical tasks such as cleaning, rearranging the facility, and moderate lifting when required.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

3. Job Requirement and Qualification:

  • Completion of a Technical/Vocational Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of small engines and vehicle systems (specifically Go-Karts, small racing vehicles, or similar equipment). (Experienced with motorcycle type is possible)
  • Has Conversational English skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good physical ability to perform manual maintenance work and moderate lifting when it is required.
  • Quick and fast problem-solving skills
  • Be friendly with effective communication skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Be calm and focused when facing high demand or unexpected operational issues.
  • Be a reliable team member.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday: 8h / Day and has 1 Day-off / Week.
    (Work in rotated shift Day or Night Shift for certain period or any urgency)

Assistant to Operations Officer works at PH Go Kart, inside Borey Peng Huoth the Grand Star Platinum (Beoung Snor).

6. Relationship:

Assistant to Operations Officer works under supervision & report directly to Operations Supervisor.

Assistant to Inventory Officer

1. Scope of working:

Assistant to Inventory Officer is responsible for checking, assisting in maintaining and ensuring all the material received and dispatched are having good quality and quantity of company standard.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

  • Ensure stock locations are tidy and hygiene
  • Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoiled, damaged, technical wrongdoing and wasting materials to inventory supervisor
  • Data collection and report on material which is no longer in use.
  • Assist in receiving and dispatch materials from ordering list
  • Check the quality and quantity of material in and out with documents
  • Prepare and maintain materials in the safety location
  • Report on material which has not been inputted
  • Support in counting external materials that remain every month
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

3. Qualification & requirement:

  • Male Candidates
  • Must be 18 years old up
  • In studying grade 11 and 12 or pursuing bachelor’s degree
  • Open for Experience and Non-Experience candidate;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy;
  • Be friendly, hard-working, flexible, honest and willing to work as a team;
  • Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility;
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office.

4. Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm

  • Assistant to inventory officer is based at Construction Site of Peng Huoth Group, Inventory Department

6. Relationship

  • Assistant to inventory officer works under supervision and reports directly to inventory Supervisor.
