1. Scope of Working:
Site Engineer is reporting directly to site manager/Construction Management Director and Supervisor about day-to-day operation of site work.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
- Interacting with project manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, and assisting in the quality and safety audit
- Identify and highlight possible risks on project
- Accurately inventorying construction material
- Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by direct manager;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degree
- 2 years of work experience in similar position;
- Be able to do structural design with useful application (2D & 3D);
- Be able to calculate steel and cement for construction job;
- Be able to manage workers at the assigned site;
- Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost;
- Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills;
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills;
- Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm
5. Workplace:
Site Engineer is based in Site/Branch of Borey Peng Huoth, the department of construction.
6. Relationship:
Site Engineer works under supervision & report directly to Site Manager.

Assistant to Site Survey Engineer is to assist the Surveyor to make exact measurements and determine property boundaries, provide relevant data to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth’s surface for engineering, mapmaking, mining, land evaluation, construction and other purposes.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform survey assistant duties to the surveying department.
- Assist and support surveyors in field surveys.
- Assist surveyors in drafting survey notes and detailed drawings.
- Conduct on-field survey and record measurements.
- Coordinate with other surveyors on field survey activities.
- Perform basic engineering calculations, relating to survey activities.
- Maintain logs, reports and records in related databases.

1. Scope of Working:
Quantity Surveyor is responsible for both the outline and detailed estimate of the project cost and/or a particular element thereof, based on drawings issued by the Design Department. Moreover, they will liaise with both the Design Department and the Construction Team that estimates (Barem’s) are being issued and released in line with the project “Barem” schedule.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Able to prepare OME (Order of Magnitude Estimate) based on the drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Prepare the detailed MTO’s (quantity take‐off) from drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Ensure the MTO’s is built up methodically, in sufficient detail and in accordance with good estimating practice.
- Able to assess cost affects when changes, variations, change orders, and delays occur.
- Able to prepare a statement of final account (records the actual cost of all sections of the project).
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or other related field
- Practical / hands‐on experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimating of EPC building projects
- Extensive knowledge of ACAD, REVIT & MS‐Office.
- Good interpretation and understanding of each project scope & estimation with respect to execution of project;
- Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer;
- Self‐directed and highly‐motivated;
- Able to work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐driven environment;
- Detail‐oriented, dependable and trustworthy;
- Able to work under pressure and within tight working schedules.
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to half Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch Time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
5. Workplace:
Quantity Surveyor: is based in Head Office, Department of Construction.
6. Relationship:
Quantity Surveyor works under supervision & reports directly to Senior Quantity Survey Supervisor.
