1. Scope of working:
Accounting Officer: is responsible for preparing day-to-day accounting transactions.
2. Duties & responsibilities:
- Handle Account Payable
- Ensure all accounting transaction records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure,
- Ensure all accounting/financial reporting deadline are met,
- Ensure all invoice are correct and consistent,
- Ensure accurate and timely/monthly/yearly end close,
- Maintain all accounting documents, and perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.
- Manage inventory (stock-in and stock-out)
3. Qualification & requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, and Finance
- Has background in Food and Beverage is highly preferred
- At least with 1 year experience
- Knowledgeable on accounting system, Account Payable
- Skillful in using Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word)
- Detailed-oriented and high regard to accuracy
- Good at time management
- Good communication and helpful cooperation
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving

4. Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm

Accounting Manager: oversees financial operations and ensure accurate, compliant financial records, prepares financial statements, manages closing processes, and provides financial insights to senior management.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions (AP, AR, GL), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor financial data, produce reports, and maintain records according to company policies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)
- Perform closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare budgets and provide recommendations to management.
- Suggest cost-saving measures, update documentation, and ensure accurate financial records

3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years progressive accounting experience, with preferred 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong understanding of internal controls

1. Scope of Working:
Accounting Supervisor: is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.
- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends, providing insightful reports to management.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Supervise the AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting department.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- A master/bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a other related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Private Sector.
- Good computer skills MS Office, Accounting System and power BI is a plus
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
- Good in both verbal and written in English
