Corporate Affairs Officer

1. Scope of Working:

Corporate Affairs Officer is responsible for the execution of the company’s community, public relations, and internal communication strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth logistical implementation of events, monitoring media presence, and providing administrative and drafting support for all official communications.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Event and CSR Execution Support: Assist in the logistical planning, coordination, and on-site execution of community events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Support the documentation and follow-up related to event budgets.
  • Public Relations (PR) Monitoring and Support: Support PR activities by monitoring media coverage, tracking social sentiment, and compiling media reports. Help maintain organized contact lists for proactive media outreach.
  • Internal and External Communication Coordination: Coordinate the flow of routine communications between internal departments and external partners as directed. Ensure all administrative communications and updates are circulated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Content Drafting and Research: Conduct background research and draft initial versions of written content, including event summaries, internal news articles, and supporting material for press releases and executive talking points.
  • Branding and Materials Compliance: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute the production of key branding and promotional materials, ensuring strict and accurate adherence to Group branding and style guidelines.
  • Other tasks assigned by the superior.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, or demonstrated involvement/internship experience in event coordination or corporate communications.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required for content drafting and coordination. Knowledge of Chinese is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication abilities, and excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Corporate Affairs Officer: is based at the Head Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.

6. Relationship:

Corporate Affairs Officer: works and reports directly to Deputy Corporate Affairs Director.
