1. Scope of working:
Loan Recovery Officer is primarily responsible for resolving matter with insolvent customer.
2. Qualification & requirement:
- Prepare announcement and lawyer’s letter, as well as directly hand it to concerned customer
- Closely communicating with concerned customer to ensure due payment
- Pay attention to customer payment to ensure it is paid on time
- Make response to customer over concerns and questions
- Meet with concerned customer to resolve any issues
3. Requirement and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in resolving debt matter
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fairly Knowledgeable on legal aspect
- Skilled in professional communication and problem-solving
- Embrace flexibility, integrity, hard-working, good team work, and ability to work under pressure
- Be able to travel to sites.
4. Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

- Loan Recovery Officer is based at Head Office of Peng Huoth Group, Treasury Department.
6. Relationship
- Loan Recovery Officer works under supervision and reports directly to Collection Supervisor.
