1. Scope of Working:
Senior Architect (3D rendering): is responsible for developing and designing construction project.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce 3D models from CAD drawings
- Work on Architectural 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visual or walk-through projects
- Coordinate with architects and third parties if required
- Prepare presentation documents and otherwise assist in presentations both internally and externally
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Architecture and other equivalent degree;
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Skillful with Architectural CAD drawings
- Convenient with Blender and 3D Max programs (A must to be potential applicant)
- Skillful in modeling projects and converting data from CAD into 3D models
- Always stay tuned with new technologies to improve the quality of visualization
- Good with logical, analytical and creative approach to problem-solving
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm
5. Workplace:
Senior Architect is based in Head Office, the department of Design.
6. Relationship:
Senior Architect: works under supervision & reports directly to Design Manager.
