3D Event and Design Officer

1. Scope of Working:

The 3D Event and Design Officer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative 3D event setups, exhibition booths, stage designs, and other visual presentations. This position plays a key role in ensuring all events and designs reflect the company’s prestigious brand identity, delivering impactful and memorable experiences.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative 3D event concepts, stage, and booth designs.
  • Produce 3D visualizations, layouts, and technical drawings for internal review and approvals.
  • Work with the event and production team to ensure designs are feasible and correctly executed.
  • Create supporting visuals for events such as signage, posters, backdrops, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and corporate communication teams to ensure designs align with Peng Huoth Group’s brand identity.
  • Research trends, materials, and techniques to keep designs modern, creative, and impactful.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring designs are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, and oversee quality during production and installation.
  • Perform other design-related tasks assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in 3D design, interior, or event-related design.
  • Experience in an event planner agency or event management company is highly preferred.
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD 2D & 3D
  • Concept Design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or other relevant tools)
  • Analytical, creative, and strong planning ability.
  • Good communication skills in both Khmer and English (oral and written).
  • Friendly, flexible, honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Working Day: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Lunch time: 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM

5. Workplace:

The 3D Event and Design Officer is based at Peng Hout Group Head Office, Event Management Department.

6. Relationship:

The 3D Event and Design Officer works under supervision and reports directly to the Deputy Event Management Director.
