1. Scope of Working:
Quantity Surveyor is responsible for both the outline and detailed estimate of the project cost and/or a particular element thereof, based on drawings issued by the Design Department. Moreover, they will liaise with both the Design Department and the Construction Team that estimates (Barem’s) are being issued and released in line with the project “Barem” schedule.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Able to prepare OME (Order of Magnitude Estimate) based on the drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Prepare the detailed MTO’s (quantity take‐off) from drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Ensure the MTO’s is built up methodically, in sufficient detail and in accordance with good estimating practice.

1. Scope of working:
Mobile Application Developer: is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality mobile solutions using Flutter technology, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system architecture standards, and organizational goals. The role involves hands-on mobile application development, system integration, application maintenance, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of mobile platforms..
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring scalable architecture, clean code practices, and alignment with enterprise application standards.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services while ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Perform continuous maintenance, bug fixing, refactoring, and performance optimization to ensure application stability, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms, access control, and data protection measures in compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability before and after deployment.
- Prepare, manage, and support mobile application releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including versioning, updates, and post-release monitoring.

3. Qualification and Requirement:

- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience specifically focused on mobile application development and frontend technologies.
- Proven experience in maintaining production or enterprise-grade mobile applications is highly advantageous.
- Mobile Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with the Flutter framework, including a deep understanding of the mobile app lifecycle (State Management, Navigation, and Platform Channels).
- Expert knowledge in integrating mobile and web applications with backend systems, third-party services, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).

- Inventory Control & Audit: Manage the full process of receiving and dispatching goods, ensuring 100% accuracy between physical stock and digital records.
- Discrepancy Management: Investigate and resolve issues regarding damaged, missing, or wasted stock, and implement solutions to reduce future losses.
- Stock Optimization: Analyze stock movement to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and suggest improvements for better warehouse space utilization.
- Report Preparation: Generate detailed weekly and monthly inventory reports, including stock levels, valuations, and consumption trends for management.
- Storage Oversight: Lead the organization of the warehouse, ensuring all staff maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and efficient item placement.
