Performance Management Supervisor

1. Scope of Working:

Employee Relations and Engagement Supervisor is responsible for the operational management of the employee experience, ensuring effective execution of all engagement programs, recognition systems, and cultural activities. This role serves as the first-line contact for day-to-day employee relations issues, providing guidance and intervention to promote a fair, compliant, and positive working environment.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be part of Performance Management Cycle (PMS): Manage and execute the organization’s entire performance cycle, including collaborating with managers to set strategic goals (SMART/OKRs), overseeing KPI implementation, and coordinating the full Year-End Appraisal process.
  • Assist to analyze performance data and trends across the organization to identify critical execution gaps. Based on these insights, assist to design and propose strategic improvement plans, including targeted training and development initiatives.
  • Measure and Enhance Organizational Culture: Oversee the regular assessment of employee engagement levels (e.g., through surveys). Utilize results to develop and deploy actionable strategies, manage recognition/reward programs, and champion a positive, high-value work environment.
  • Act as the primary internal consultant and subject matter expert (SME) on performance management policies, procedures, and best practices. Prepare and deliver guidance and training sessions to both employees and management team

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or related major
  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR field (at least rich knowledge in Human Resource)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Good in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good in written and spoken English.
  • Good in commanding Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Adobe Illustration is a plus)
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Be a creative individual and like to initiate new ideas.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

Performance Management Supervisor: is based at the Head Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.

6. Relationship:

Performance Management Supervisor: works and reports directly to Senior PM Supervisor.
